– A component-based service available for CPs with their own networks
• Wholesale Broadband Managed Connect
– A managed wholesale product designed for CPs preferring
a seamless end-to-end service
• IPStream Connect
– A new service for CPs that helps them bridge between
today's network and 21CN
• Future additions:
• An integrated voice and broadband service
• A dedicated downstream product
• An access fibre variation for BT’s already announced Ebbsfleet Valley, Kent,

• For both WBC & WBMC:
 CPs are responsible for end user marketing and
communications
 CPs determine their end user migration timeframe
based on BT Wholesale’s service availability schedule
 BT Wholesale communicates ‘availability’;
CPs ‘launch’ end user services
 BT Wholesale confirms WBC will ‘offer the highest
stable speed a line can support’ (acknowledging that
individual lines will differ); CPs decide how they
market the service to end users
 No switched-on activity
 Industry Call Centre will deal with general enquiries,
referring specifics to CPs
