• You cannot send more than one (1) Statement
of Intent to Register.
• If you send an SIR to more than one campus, all
admission reviews on your application will
STOP!
• SIR is due June 1st for Transfer Students
After Statement of Intent to Register (SIR):
• Establish E-mail communication
 Set up your e-mail account to the campus
 Check e-mail often!
 Respond to all requests for information
• Submit Statement of Legal Residence
 Complete online by deadline
 Undocumented students are considered for AB 540
• Request IGETC Certification from your counselor
• Send official transcripts: July 15 deadline
After SIR: Important Reminders
