Andreas Nigulis has more than 25 years of hands on experience in Port Operation and Management of
Marine and Inland Terminals in Europe.
He has extensive know how in start up management, re-modelling organisations, efficiency
improvement. He operated in Marine and Inland Terminals from 50 k TEU to over 2.3 M TEU throughput
in Germany, Portugal and Italy.
His Intermodal Transport experience includes marketing studies as well as planning and
phasing in of new services.

Degree and a Diploma in Maritime Studies.

Igor Golec has more than 30 years of international maritime experience. He has consolidated senior
management know how gained with leading shipping lines and container terminal operators and
participated at the development of Italy’s main transhipment hub Med Center Container Terminal, Gioia
Tauro.
He directed the commercial and sales activities for Contship Italia’s container terminals in Gioia
Tauro, La Spezia, Livorno, Cagliari and Ravenna.
Igor was Jugolijna’s representative in South East Asia with responsibility for Singapore, Malaysia ,
Indonesia, Thailand, Taiwan, Korea, Vietnam, Hong Kong, China and Japan.
Igor has global insight in terminal and liner shipping tariff structures. He assisted Turkey's leading
logistic and transport group Arkas as senior commercial advisor during the startup of the EMES
Intra-Med and Black Sea service.
Igor Golec is Croatian and speaks fluently Italian and English and holds a Diploma in Economy for
Maritime Affairs.

Detlef Kock has 30 years of experience as Head of Technical Departments in fast-growing German
marine environments (container and RoRo terminals) and 16 years of harbour planning in Ro-Ro
terminals.
He has excellent know how in layout of terminal systems and machinery, supervision of civil works and
constructional engineering from operators’ side, design and development of harbour equipment and
operation of harbour railway systems.

Bozo Lipic has over 25 years of technical and managerial experience in European port environments,
whose career highlights included technical responsibility for RoRo and container terminals in
Rotterdam and Amsterdam.
He has excellent knowhow in start up processes and daily technical management of port
facilities.
His knowledge covers the areas of Project Management, Maintenance & Procurement Management,
OHS&E and Environmental Management as well as Energy Management.
Bozo has extensive experience with the start up of ZPMC cranes and the design and construction
processes of marine terminals gained as Technical Director of ACT Amsterdam, Rotterdam Short
Sea Terminals and in consultancy projects.
Bozo is Dutch citizen and speaks Dutch, English, German, Slavic and Italian.

Rob Humby has over 20 years of multinational, multicultural and multifunctional experience, whose
career highlights include over 10 years with Sea-Land Service Inc, where several management positions
were held in liner operations, equipment control and inland transportation and senior positions within DP
World during their growth into becoming the worlds’ third largest terminal operator.
He has intense experience in start up management, organisation restructuring, process reengineering
and continuous improvement techniques.
Has had financial and operational accountability for terminals working all operational modes ranging in
size from 150K TEU to 1.5 M TEU as well as a global portfolio covering operational performance
responsibility.
His logistical understanding includes contract and union negotiations, operational due diligence, system
installations and upgrades and all financial related P&L.
