Project Assessment Lifecycle
It's Bert's first time to use OEET.
After Nina creates his account, an email is
generated and sent to Bert's email address.

• Validate his OEET account
• Log in to OEET assessment
• Submit the evaluation

Nina creates Bert's account in OEET.
OEET sends an email to Bert informing him how to
login via ECAS and Validate the OEET account.

Tips for the Expert…
• Write commentary OFFLINE using a word
processor package
• SAVE data frequently, particularly if the expert is
writing commentary directly into a text box
• Submit assessments as each one is finished

• This is an overview of all the Rounds per agency /
programme which the expert has access to
• Click on the Assessment List button to open the
list of projects for that Round / Agency /

• This opens the assessment on the General
section

• Save regularly!
• Click in the menu to go to another menu item
• Click on Next/Previous to go to another menu
item
• Clicking on the Project List return to the list of
projects assigned to the expert
• Do not use  and  in browser!

• PDF version of the project application and all documents
submitted with the application form
• All can be downloaded

AWARD CRITERIA
• contains the award criteria to be evaluated
• Each criterion has to be given a score and a
supporting comment

• Before validation, the Expert Decision drop down menu
should be completed and the final score checked. (no need
to give comments)

ASSESSMENT VALIDATION
• = submit assessment when all scores & mandatory
comments have been recorded & saved
• On clicking on submit, the experts declares to a non-conflict
of interest…

having submitted this grant application. Furthermore, I
confirm that I will not communicate to any third party any

the decision are added on the project list
• After submission, an assessment becomes readonly and cannot be modified (but you can contact
the NA & ask to make a new assessment)
