Planning Framework and Schedule  Sector Planning  Interviews with sector area stakeholders to identify specific issues and needs (Quincy, Midway, Monticello)   Coordinate with MMTD and Crawfordville Master Plan efforts Develop recommendations based on input within scenario framework  Corridor Planning    Overlay modal networks and compare to functional classification Identify gaps and needs based on corridor type Develop potential solutions for inclusion of modal facilities
