Oklahoma Tiered Intervention
System of Support (OTISS)
• OTISS, the Oklahoma Tiered Intervention System of
Support, is Oklahoma’s intervention model for
identifying and addressing academic and behavioral
difficulties that interfere with Pre-K-12 student
success.
