CLOSING THE
JOB REQUEST
Completed Request

User will receive
email regarding
the completion
of the Job
Request
The user has one
(1) completed job
request.
NOTE:
The user must acknowledge
the completed job request
otherwise he/she wont be
able to create a new request.
Completed Request

the Job Request
are listed on the
confirmation
form including

and the I.T.
support’s
remarks.
User must select
from the dropdown menu his/her
I.T. Rating
Closing the Job
Request means that
the requirement
has been served
Completed Request
Once the job
request is closed;
Completed Request
and Closed Request
status will be
updated.
