Current ERP Project Progress and Achievements
•
CG ERP Jan-2014 accounting period have been generate 1st ERP Financial Report on 07th-Mar2014. Feb-2014 accounting period month-end activities have been completed, Now is processing
Mar-2014 accounting period month-end activities.
•
SAG ERP Jan-2014 accounting period month-end closing process was complete, now is doing
cost value check and fine tune for Feb-2014. At the same time Mar-2014 month-end process have
been started.
•
Motive Mulia ERP project have already been kick-off on 11-Mar-2014 and complete operation
process survey and diagnostic process on 14-Mar.
•
The BI implementation process will be started on 17-Mar-2014.
•
The EFGP implementation process will be started on 11-Apr-2014.
•
CFC Core Process Module (list below) customization for 1st Round Operation Simulation Testing
have been delivered and do customization training on mid of Apr-2014
(Purchasing, Inventory, Sales & B2B, Logistic & FG Warehouse, Production, Financial)
•
Key User Examination have been executed for Core Process Modules
(Maintenance, QC, Elec Power, SMS will be May-2014, and HRM will be June-2014 )
•

although TPK user can process the

but suggest to do continue practice to
enhance the process speed. (not familiar)
(Due to HPGP join the training from
Logistic (L/N,…), the learning effect are no
good for HPGP, they still need more
practice to familiar new system and
process)

first of the july? If yes, we need to
reschedule the implementing plan of HRM.
--> Already confirmed HRM Go-Live First !
5. ESS can't handle the function to upload shift
table, so it will be change to Easy Flow
upload the shift table. But we got some issue
have to confirm, that's customizaion period
and go live period.
 Digiwin have to find-out alternate way for
01-July-2014 go-live work-around solution

6. After requirements meetings, we found that
remain 37 reports need to customize, so if
those report are necessary please help us to
confirm and signed back the confirmation
documents.
 Digiwin will provide HRM standard
Similar report format for CFC evaluation.
 Digiwin will provide HRM Self-Define
Report Document to CFC (Mr. Alex) for
assessment if there is any report can be
developing by CFC self;
