Action Points for agencies:
o Assessment of organization's current approaches and practices in
learning and knowledge management
o Assessment of the organization's learning and training activities.
o Assessment of preferred learning styles of humanitarian personnel
employed by the organization.
o Ensure the organization has in place a comprehensive programme to
support learning and knowledge management.
o Leadership commitment and prioritization of learning to develop a
culture of learning and self-critical reflection
o Ensure HR Information systems are able to assess rates of staff
turnover and systems are in place to protect learning and knowledge
