ISPO E-Update Partner
First launched in early 2010, the bi-monthly e-updates have become the main
communication tool for ISPO International to interact with its 3,000+ members,
partners and stakeholders in 50+ member societies.
E-updates also reach about 3,000 non-members, providing a key outlet for news and
information to interested professionals around the world about the ISPO and its global
community.
E-updates are also archived on the ISPO website for free viewing 24/7.

Prosthetics and Orthotics International
Partnership
Launched in 1977, POI is the leading peer-reviewed scientific journal in the
P&O field, publishing editorials, reviews, submitted papers, supplements
and special editions.
Published 6 times a year, POI is an ISPO membership benefit, including
both mailed hard copies and 24/7 online access to the journals’ archives.
POI reaches professionals worldwide via library subscriptions and its
e-Table-of-Contents alerts.
A complete editorial and graphics update of the publication has been launched under its new
editor, Dr. Sarah Curran of the University of Cardiff, and the new publisher, SAGE.
POI offers a wide variety of partnership opportunities including special advertising options,
commercial supplements, sponsored subscriptions, commercial reprints, etc.

ISPO Short Course Partner
Dissemination of knowledge through the coordination and organization of educational
activities is fundamental to ISPO’s effectiveness. Through Short Courses, ISPO keeps
professionals around the world informed about current knowledge and best clinical
practices.
Short Course topics include:
Management of Cerebral Palsy, Management of Stroke, Amputation Surgery,
Management of Poliomyelitis, Neuropathic Foot Care, Club Foot Treatment
ISPO Short Courses typically attract 100-150 participants, making them ideal venues for
focussed discourse and interaction. Suggestions for additional topics are welcomed.
ISPO invites recommendations from partners on the topics and regions of the world/
countries that would be of interest.
Partnership/support can be in form of one-time grants
(€ 3,000, € 6,000, € 8,000), support of a series
of Short Courses, or in-kind contributions.

ISPO International Benefactor
ISPO invites collaborators (corporations, institutions, foundations or individuals)
to contribute financially to the important work that the Society performs around the
World through donations to the organization. Contributions may be specified for
particular activities.
