Hansel and Gretel

Once upon a time there was a poor living family. The woodcutter had a wife and two little children. The boy was called Hansel and the girl – Gretel . They had not enough money and they lived very poorly. The woodcutter decided to get rid of the children, so they two would live a better life. They chose to leave, the kids in the middle of forest. The kids listened to that conversation and made a plan.

They took the crumbs when their father took them to the middle of the forest, they scattered crumbs all over way. But, all the crumbs were eaten by birds and squirrels. Hansel and Gretel were lost. They tried to somehow find the way back home but vainly. But in a certain moment Hansel found a house, all made of chocolate and candy.

They were so hungry, that they started eating the door, when suddenly there appeared a witch. She said: I’ll fatten you and then eat. She took Hansel to a small cage and said to Gretel: ‘’You’ll have to take care of the oven as I will fatten your little brother’’.

Fortunatelly, Gretel had a great idea. When the witch looked into the oven, Gretel pushed her into it. The witch was burnt. Both children took all the witch’s gold. And, they finally found the way back home. Then, all the family lived happily ever after.
