Action 1 - Youth for Europe
1.1. Youth exchanges (15 to 25)
The aim is to increase the mobility of young people,
support their initiatives, projects and activities concerning
participation in democratic life.
1.2. Support for young people’s initiatives (18 to 28)
This measure supports group projects designed at
local,regional and national level and the networking
projects (Transnational Youth Initiatives)
1.3. Participative democracy projects (15 to 28)
Supports young people’s participation in democratic life at
their local, regional or national community.
Action 2 - European Voluntary Service
2.1. European Voluntary Service (individual) (18-28)
Non-profit-making unpaid activity, may last up to 12 months.
Certain activities may admit young people aged 16 and
over.
2.2. European Voluntary Service (groups) (16/18-28)
Enables young people to take part collectively in Europeanor international-level activities in fields of culture, sport, civil
protection, environment, etc.

3.1. Cooperation with the neighbouring countries of
the enlarged Europe
