VISION STATEMENT
 JCPD
is the agency that ensures,
promotes and protects the rights of
persons with disabilities in accordance
with National policies, plans and
programmes, within the legislative
framework. It facilitates the educational,
economic and social development of
persons with disabilities in Jamaica in a
collaborative and participatory
atmosphere, through counseling, training,
public education and the provision of
other relevant services.
