▪ EMHR Special Assessment Policy (Jan. 20, 2015)
‐ Determines what items will be assessed (32%)
‐ Pavement removal, clearing and grubbing, excavation including
topsoil, subgrade preparation or treatment, PCC paving, PCC
driveways, erosion control, surface restoration and stabilization, traffic
control, pavement markings, and permanent roadway signing will be
assessed
‐ Determines what items will not be assessed
‐ New storm and sanitary sewers, water mains, sidewalk improvements,
engineering fees, legal expenses, administration, street lighting,
private utility relocations or right-of-way costs will not be assessed
