Forum
With the theme of “China Exhibition Industry---facing the world”, in the spirit of creativity, development and
active participation, and under the guidance of specialization, seriation and industrialization, Interexpo China
2002 will reflect the highest service level of China Exhibition and Displaying industry. Exhibitors include
organizers, trade promotion organizations, conference and exhibition facilities, contractors, displaying equipment,
displaying design, forwarders, advertising agents, mass media, information consultants, public relations, web
technology, business travel services and other related service enterprises. Interexpo China 2002 could be defined
as a genuine industrial gathering!
In
the past year, with the quickening of China’s entry into WTO, more and more overseas exhibition
organizations have entered Chinese market, whereas domestic exhibition industry is experiencing the
unprecedented challenges and opportunities, reforming from the heated competitions to reorganization. In the
meantime, due to the late beginning and fast development, there still exit problems in Chinese exhibition market
as similar subjects, weak macro-supervision, disorderly price competition, lack of expertise, lack of experience
and studying the industrial development trend, etc.. To develop healthily, China exhibition industry should learn
from the international advanced management in many aspects for common improvement through exchange and
cooperation. Interexpo China provides the right stage for mutual study, understanding and exchange.
