Naval Postgraduate School (NPS), Modeling Virtual
Environments and Simulation (MOVES) curriculum
 Completion of this curriculum results in an officer who
can be assigned an M&S Subspecialty Code:
 Navy: 6202
 USMC: 8825
 US Army: FA 57
 NMSO advocates annually to identify requirements for
advanced M&S education in the Navy Subspecialty
System
 NMSO reviews billets, coding and NPS school quotas

tool users can use to search
for and evaluate
information about M&S
resources.

of the characteristics of the

the format is known and
