GENERAL OBJECTIVE:

TO INSTITUTE A CONTINUING SYSTEM OF IMPROVING EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE, EFFICIENCY AND EFFECTIVENESS

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES 1. To provide basis for capacity building; 2. To enhance productivity; and 3. To provide an objective rating which serves as basis for personnel action incentives and rewards and administrative sanctions.
