Major Activities Next 30 Days
NY 173 Support to NYW (TAK)
- Increase the number of persons in our squadron with Emergency
Services:
1st Step – Basic ES Qualified 2nd Step – Set SMs on specialty tracks
-Goal is to have 80% Basic ES qualified by reviewing various specialty
tracks (i.e.; ground team, flight line, communication, administration,
etc…) and set up training to arrange basic first aid and CPR
qualifications.
- Once SMs are checked off with Basic ES qualifications we move into
the next phase by setting up specialty track training. At the specialty
track level we will no doubt require the assistance of Group and/or Wing
since specialty tracks will require qualified instructions.
- We’re still in the early stages of planning and our needs are to ID
qualified persons to come in and teach. We have some names and
we’re going to reach out to those persons to define what dates will work
best. There may be some items that will work best as joint squadron
activities.
CyberPatriot Update NY 173 (TAK)
