• Data alignment with national definitions
• MHC contracts have changed to meet with this
requirement.
• Reporting burden
– Compared with previous years there are some small
changes to what is being reported
– Any additional burden offset by having a collection
based on the principle of collect once use many times.
Process
• Consulted with NGO members of the TWG
• Consulted with MHC CX
• Researched potential providers based on specifications
(TWG members provided with specification details)
• Government procurement process
• WebSurvey deemed most suitable and services procured
• Initial development and testing (MHC)
• User acceptance testing (MHC contract managers and
TWG NGO members)
• Information sheet distributed to all MHC funded NGOs
