and subcontractors to inform the work of the steering
committee to design the strategic plan.”
• The foundations of this process will rely heavily on data
collected through recent Prevention Agenda and DSRIP
needs assessments, which have had a particular focus
on underserved populations. . . . This needs
assessment will highlight efforts toward resolving
health disparities across all sectors and initiatives in the
region, providing a data-driven approach to informing
the work of the strategic plan.
