SUMMARY OF KEY COMPONENTS
COMMUNITY
A community comprises a group of PartnerEmpower members
that go to market in the same way. This community-based
framework enables us to work most effectively with each group of
channel partners and meet their needs.
TECHNOLOGY
Channel partners participate in PartnerEmpower in one or more
technology areas – i.e., mobile computing, WLAN, professional and
commercial radio. This dictates which products the channel partner
has access to. Benefits and criteria may differ by technology area.
SPECIALISATIONS
PartnerEmpower has three types of optional specialisations:
Technology Specialisations, Market Specialisations, Application
Specialisations. These specialisations reflect a greater commitment
to achieving high levels of competency in a particular area. Achieving
specialisations can help a channel partner move to a higher
program level.
PROGRAM LEVEL
PartnerEmpower’s value-based program levels are Authorised,
Silver, Gold and Platinum. These levels are the center of a channel
partner’s Motorola Solutions relationship and represent total
achievements as a Motorola Solutions channel partner.
