History and perspectives
MaxMedica was established in year 2003. Products line initially consisted of six products. The primary goal has been to establish presence in the domestic nutritional and food supplement markets, and to keep building up on scientific and technological knowledge in order to be able to provide superb products to these markets. The use of carefully selected raw materials gave us natural advantage when it came to quality. To this date, we have been able to successfully develop 17 products that respond well to the needs of the market.
In addition to our presence in Serbia, we have successfully registered our products in the neighboring markets of Bosnia, Macedonia and Kosovo. Further, we have successfully completed registration according to EU regulation in Latvia. Our client base includes large majority of pharmacy chains as well as food chain markets in these countries. The broad client base we have built gives us a clear advantage when it comes to responding well to customer needs. It also provides us with an opportunity to engage in various promotional activities. Our sales team takes pride in working hard together to make most of our regional presence.

Things to consider :
MaxMedica trademark - Since this trademark is not registered everywhere in Europe it is wise to examine existance of any local brands, so it is not compulsory that we establish business with this brand. Although it would be preferable to go with MaxMedica, if its not possible we would be open to other suggestions.
Legal framework - There are 10 products that have already been registered in Latvia, under EU regulation rules. This should be taken into consideration when acquiring permission to trade in the market. All products should be registered as food supplement. This approach is important since it gives us some space in terms of marketing. Pricing - General approach on pricing depends on model we would be undertaking. Offered prices are net export prices, they are usualy discounted with importers margin to come down to transfer price. When product is already inthe market, net export prices are used for distributors margins or pharmacy margins etc. However, this is something we can discuss and reach the most mutualy beneficial position.
Delivery terms - We are very open in this regard. All options are open.
