Transcript Organizational “Binder” for 4th Year

Marilyn London, Ed.D.
2012-2013
 Provide
a way for you to organize your
paperwork for 4th year (you can also set up
electronic files using this design)
 Provide a way for you to cut down on the
time it takes to apply for away electives
 Provide a place for you to store your
important information
 For
the remainder of this PowerPoint,
consider each slide to be a pocket in a binder
(or a folder on your computer) that contains
important information for the 4th year.
 The title of the slide is the name of the
folder.
 The bullets are what you should put in each
folder.
 Academic
calendar that shows July 1st
through June 30th of your 4th year

Use a calendar that has a box for each day so you
can write in it if you choose to.
