 Be a defensive Runner
 No more than two abreast
 Left hand side of road facing traffic
 Never cross the road unless at an intersection`
 Always be alert at intersections
 Extra Precautions
 Run only at ECC Campus
 Run with a reflective running vest
 Parent volunteers

Team Guidelines
 Being a student-athlete
 Be on time, respect coaches and teammates, no
profanity
 Sleep, Fuel, Hydrate
 Excused vs. unexcused absences
Logistics
 Shuttle buses
 VV door 16 2:45 to ECC, 3:20 to ECC. Stay there for next
rotation of buses if run out of room on the bus.
 Weather
 Only deterrents are lightning and heat
 We will ALWAYS meet for practice
 Appropriate Clothing
 Busing to meets
 Schedule, departure times, meet times, race times
 sent via weekly communication, always posted on website
