Possible Activities
• Print off 4 different tree worksheets and allow
students to color each tree according to their
season.
• Focus on one particular season by reading a
book. For example, “My Summer,” and then
allow students to create their own picture
book.

Springtime is a green time
When seedlings start their growing.
Summertime's a rainbow time
When many blooms are blowing.
Autumn time's a brown time
When seeds are ripe for sowing;
But wintertime's a white time
(It's the flower's nighttime)
When stars of frost are glowing.
