Announcement
The Department of Nutrition and Food Sciences is now accepting
APPLICATION FOR ACADEMIC COMPETITIVE SCHOLARSHIPS.
Scholarships awarded in the NFS Department are intended to serve
students (1) who are, or will be, enrolled FULL time (at least 12
hours for undergraduate and at least 6 hours for graduate students)
for BOTH Fall 2009 AND Spring 2010 semesters, and (2) who have
demonstrated high scholastic achievement.

To apply, mail completed application form and one copy of all
transcripts to: Scholarship Committee, Department of Nutrition and
Food Sciences, P.O. Box 425888, Denton, Texas, 76204-5888, or
submit to NFS departmental secretary at Denton by the deadline.
Deadline: Postmarked or hand-delivered and date-stamped in the
Denton NFS office by March 1, 2009
Students are encouraged to apply for TDA Foundation
Scholarships which also have the same March 1 deadline.
