A crisis is an incident where either
members of staff or Team or both are
involved in an incident where they are
subjected to harm, injury or undue
suffering or where an incident could
cause the organisation to be the subject
of widespread attention from the media or
other external groups.

numbers in card from.

Develop a mentoring scheme aimed at
FRS personnel to guide young people to
give provision of personal support,
assistance, guidance, encouragement
and inspiration during and following
Prince’s Trust programmes, particularly at
a time of transition and over a sustained
period of time.
Develop the ‘Fire Industry Scheme’ as a
model of progression to employment for
young people on FRS led Prince’s Trust
programmes and a source of private
sector support.
