Programs offered
FTSEP – Full term Student Exchange Program
• Duration: 5th term at the partner university
• Criteria: Combined Rank List for PGP/PGSEM using
term 1 CGPA
• Eligibility: GPA > 2.2 in term 1
• Fee: The IIMB term 5 is equivalent to the exchange
fee, no additional amount needs to be paid
• Expenses: Lodging, food, travelling, Visa and
miscellaneous
Programs offered
HIEP - HEC and IIMB Exchange Program
• IIMB and HEC Paris students do a 3-credit CCS project
• IIMB to host HEC students at the beginning of Term 5
• HEC Paris to host IIMB student during the term break
between PGP Term 5 and Term 6
• Eligibility: 34 months work-ex, GPA > 2.2
• Expenses: Program fee, travel and miscellaneous
• Students: 36-IIMB and 36-HEC Paris
Programs offered
IIMB- Johnson Collaborative Student Project
• IIMB and Johnson students do a 3-credit CCS project
• Cornell to host IIMB student during end
August/September
• Eligibility: 22 months work-ex, GPA > 2.2
• Expenses: Program fee, travel and miscellaneous
• Students: 16-IIMB and 16- Johnson students

An attempt to fill up as many slots in the best universities
and to a chance for you to get your dream university
How does it work?
In addition to the university you get in Round 2, you have an option
of specifying a dream university which you think could get vacated.
In case of any drop out after Round 2, the university will be allocated
in Rank Order to the person who names it as his dream university
Note: This will be done if and only when slots are vacated. This will
be done only till nominations are sent to the partner universities

On reaching the Exchange University
• Enrolment not allowed for :
1. More than 1 CCS/Project type course
2. Courses already undertaken in IIMB
3. Undergrad level courses
•Minimum total class room contact hours =120 ( Max Credits = 15)
(Any shortfall has to be notified and will be dealt on per case basis)
•Fill and send the following forms to PGP office and OIA
1. Part A of course registration form ( Form A ) within one
week of commencement of term
2. Part B of course registration form ( Form B ) before leaving
the host university
