PHILIPPIANS 2:1-11
PHILIPPIANS 2:1-4
“Therefore, if there is any encouragement in Christ, if there is
any consolation of love, if there is any fellowship of the Spirit, if
any affection and compassion, make my joy complete by
being of the same mind, maintaining the same love, united in
spirit, intent on one purpose. Do nothing from selfishness or
empty conceit, but with humility of mind regard one another
as more important than yourselves; do not merely look out for
your own personal interests, but also for the interests of
others.”
PHILIPPIANS 2:15
“so that you will prove yourselves to be blameless
and innocent, children of God above reproach in
the midst of a crooked and perverse generation,
among whom you appear as lights in the world,”
PHILIPPIANS 2:5-8
“Have this attitude in yourselves which was also in
Christ Jesus, who, although He existed in the form of
God, did not regard equality with God a thing to be
grasped, but emptied Himself, taking on the form of a
bond-servant, and being made in the likeness of
men. Being found in appearance as a man, He
humbled Himself by becoming obedient to the point
of death, even death on a cross.”
JOHN 13:3-5
“Jesus, knowing that the Father had given all things
into His hands, and that He had come forth from God
and was going back to God, got up from supper,
and laid aside His garments; and taking a towel, He
girded Himself. Then He poured water into the basin,
and began to wash the disciples feet and to wipe
them with the towel with which He was girded.”
MATTHEW 26:52-54
“The Jesus said to him, ‘Put your sword back into its
place; for all those who take up the sword shall perish
by the sword. Or do you think that I cannot appeal to
my Father, and He will at once put at My disposal
more than twelve legions of angels? How then will
the Scriptures be fulfilled, which says that it must
happen this way?’”
