“Other Chapter” Selection

In accordance with the USNAAA By- Laws, Composition of the Board, Section 4.2f,

three of the trustee positions are from “other chapters”.

The procedures for selecting these three trustee positions are set forth in Appendix A (in your folders) of the Alumni Association Operating Manual . All Chapters are eligible to apply for these trustee seats with the exception of the nine largest chapters and the last six chapters to have held the “other chapter” trustee seats.
