The Opt-in Process
Mail.rams.colostate.edu
Authenticate (using eID)
If Simla user, then
○ Google account created (in real time)
Create [email protected] alias
Forward Simla email to Google mail
○ Prompt to migrate email to Google space
○ Populate ARIES class schedule into GA default
calendar
○ Send ‘Welcome’ message
If not Simla user, then
○ Google account created (in real time)
○ Create [email protected] alias
○ Send ‘Welcome’ message
