activity grant of EYF (2/2)
• Common obligations are:
– Placing logo on event materials and
mentioning funding
– Fundraising 1/3 of the expenses by
organizers
– Limited possibility to make profit
• Special request for this time was to
host the conference in Strasbourg,
which is home of the both Social
Charter and EYF

Case 3: Erasmus+ grant for
partner of a local group X
• Local group, ELSA X, was approached by
one of its partners, who wanted to apply
for Eramus+ funding for a conference
together with other associations
• ELSA X would not receive money directly
on its accounts, but would take part in
organizing the event and have free
participant spots in the event
• ELSA International had same time grant
application pending for Erasmus+
program
