Sembcorp UK is a major supplier of industrial utilities to large
international companies in key manufacturing sectors including
chemicals and bio fuels. We are based at the Wilton International
site on Teesside and part of Sembcorp Industries, a Singapore –
based global energy, water and marine group.
We have a new vacancy for an IT Systems Analyst Programmer.
Experienced in designing and delivering Information Technology
Systems Developments and projects, you will have an extensive
range of IT skills and in-depth knowledge of computer hardware
and software.
You must hold a minimum NVQ level 3 or equivalent in
Information Technology. The successful applicant will have
excellent analytical and problem solving skills and a high level of
self motivation. The core technical support areas for this role
include MS SQL, ASP, ASP. Net, VB/VB Script, VB.Net,
Javascript, Visual Studio development, .NET technologies and
Reporting Services Products, Source Control
Applicants will also need to have an understanding of the desktop
and LAN technical domains, involving familiarity with a wide range
of environmental components and support tools.
Experience in the following would be desirable:
Windows desktop / server operating systems, Exchange Server, IIS,
Backup exec, SQL server, Oracle, Office Products, Outlook, Web
and email monitoring products, Microsoft Sharepoint Portal server,
SAP, Maximo, iFix Workspace
This is a full-time, permanent role working the equivalent of 42½
hours per week.
