Marie Curie Actions: brief introduction
 Financial support for increasing transnational and
intersectorial mobility:
 Stimulate people to take up the profession of researcher
 Help researchers at different stages of their career
 Encourage researchers to stay in/to come to Europe
 All scientific areas are covered (“cross-cutting”)
 Research fields are chosen by the applicants
(“bottom up approach”)
