How Can You Use ‘Am I Eligible?’ to Assist Clients Today?
• Applicants can be directed to prescreen
while they wait for services
• Current clients can be directed to PEAK to
self-screen for potential eligibility for
additional programs
• PEAK can be used to understand the
documents needed to complete a benefits
application
Overview: Check My Benefits
• Allows people who are currently receiving
benefits to access:
• Current benefit information
• Renewal date for benefits
• Simple to use
• Clients create an account with a user name
and password in PEAK and then link to their
case
• NOTE: This is not a status checker – it won’t give the
status of an application going through the
determination process
