Speakers’ Profile
Yee Wing Peng
CA(M), FCCA, ACTIM, the Honorary Tax Advisor of MBAM and Managing
Director of Deloitte Malaysia’s tax practice, has more than 18 years of
experience in audit and tax, specialises in group tax planning, corporate tax
restructuring, cross border tax structuring and tax advisory.
Kwan Foh Kwai
President of Master Builders Association Malaysia (MBAM). He is also the
Managing Director of Sunway Construction Sdn. Bhd. He serves as Board
Member of Sunway Holdings Berhad. He is also a Director in Construction
Labour Exchange Centre Berhad (CLAB) and Construction Industry
Development Board Malaysia (CIDB). He holds a B. Eng (Civil) (Honours) from
University Malaya and is a member of the Institution of Engineers, Malaysia.
Dato’ Ir. Low Keng Kok
Vice President of Master Builders Association Malaysia (MBAM). Dato’ Ir. Low
is also the Managing Director cum CEO of Fajarbaru Builder Sdn. Bhd. He
holds a B. Eng (Civil) (Honours) from University Malaya and is a Fellow of the
Institution of Engineers, Malaysia
Che Saliza Che Soh
She holds a B. Economics (Hons), majoring in Marketing from
National University of Malaysia (UKM). She is the manager of
Economy & Resources Division, Business Environment Development
Sector and providing construction economic information in assisting
construction business decision making in CIDB.
