How it Works
• ScanPath installs on a non-dedicated server at the
customer’s location
– Server is “invisible” and not accessible by users
• Scanned documents get OCR’d (optical character
recognition)
– Automatically converts scanned images of text into
documents with editable text
• Single ScanPath server can handle up to 50 separate
bizhub MFPs
– Each bizhub MFP requires a ScanPath license
