Be sure to keep class notes in order – title
your pages with the chapter &/or date
Color can help organize your notes –
words or phrases
Make it a habit to study your notes – stick
with it for about 15-20 minutes, take a
short break and come back to them

can take the work home even when
you don’t have homework
Stay up with the information from the start
– DON’T FALL BEHIND!!
It is your responsibility to get the work
missed due to an absence
In areas that interest you, dig up extra
information for both you and the class.
There is extra credit involved!

taking notes, abbreviate where
possible – it saves nrg, lol!
Memorization is important, but questioning
and investigation will help in retention.
Look for scientific relationships.

back up your views with evidence from an
acceptable source of information (study
guides, the text, or outside references)
