• Access Violation
– Indicates that serial communications were lost when
opening AutoRead
• Invalid Operation
– Indicates the function being executed does not match the
current status of the route
• Device Not Found
– AutoRead does not recognize the HandHeld in the stand
when performing an AutoRead function

– During use of software.
– “Xceed zip” error (shows when closing program).
Note: Sensus Technical Support will not perform desktop
support on PC errors.
