2Ti 3:16 All scripture is given by
inspiration of God

Psa 19:7 The law of the LORD is perfect,
converting the soul: the testimony of the LORD
is sure, making wise the simple.

Psa 19:8 The statutes of the LORD are right,
rejoicing the heart: the commandment of the
LORD is pure, enlightening the eyes.

2Ti 3:16 All scripture is given by inspiration of
God

1Co 2:9 But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear
heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the
things which God hath prepared for them that love him.

1Co 2:10 But God hath revealed them unto us by his
Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep
things of God.

1Co 2:11 For what man knoweth the things of a man,
save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things
of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God.


There are Restrictions to the Word of God


2Pe 1:20 Knowing this first, that no prophecy
of the scripture is of any private interpretation.
There is a Reality about the Word of God

2Pe 1:21 For the prophecy came not in old
time by the will of man: but holy men of God
spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.

Notice what Paul said:

Denied that they are from Man


Gal 1:11 But I certify you, brethren, that the
gospel which was preached of me is not after
man.
Declared that they are from the Master

Gal 1:12 For I neither received it of man,
neither was I taught it, but by the revelation of
Jesus Christ.


The Word of God gives us everything we
need…..

Tells us what is Right “Doctrine”

Tells us when we are not Right “Reproof”

Tells us how to get right “Correction”

Tells us how to stay right “Instruction”

The Scriptures Furnish us


2Pe 1:3 According as his divine power hath
given unto us all things that pertain unto life
and godliness, through the knowledge of him
that hath called us to glory and virtue:
The Scriptures make us Fruitful

Joh 15:5 I am the vine, ye are the branches:
He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same

Human Creeds

Mat 15:8 This people draweth nigh unto me with
their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; but
their heart is far from me.

Mat 15:9 But in vain they do worship me, teaching
for doctrines the commandments of men.

Deu 4:2 Ye shall not add unto the word which I
command you, neither shall ye diminish ought from
it, that ye may keep the commandments of the
LORD your God which I command you.

Human Creeds

Mar 7:8 For laying aside the commandment of
God, ye hold the tradition of men, …..

Mar 7:9 Full well ye reject the commandment
of God, that ye may keep your own tradition.

Mar 7:13 Making the word of God of none
effect through your tradition…..

The True Standard in Religion is the Word
of God !

