Realist – typically focused, rugged,
mechanical and direct.
Investigator – curious, observant
and likes to research, analyze
and solve problems.
Artist – creative and imaginative,
works best in unstructured
environments.
Helper – helping others learn new
skills or counseling them on
personal issues.
Enterpriser – likes to compete,
persuade others and take risks.
Detailer – likes to analyze facts and
numbers. Likes structure.




