The TF will survey where resources are located (facilities/knowledge/equipment/means for training) The TF will survey the existing national training material. The TF will produce a common manual as a result of the survey of existing material.

The TF will survey the need for transboundary exercise(s).

The TF will survey already existing plans for exercises in order for other nations to participate or observe. The TF will produce plans for transboundary exercises: table-top exercise paper exercise staff-exercise live-exercise The TF will produce a rescue map.

The TF will survey and analyse existing legal agreements and arrangements and their applicability to emergency and rescue services co-operation in the Barents Region. Based on the survey of legal agreements and administrative arrangements identify the need for new agreements and administrative frameworks.

The TF will produce a joint manual for request of help.
