The Knoster Model
Workshop Overview
Title
The Knoster Model for Change and Risk Management.
Objectives
To help understand the critical elements for successful project implementation
To apply proven business change management methodology to personal project ideas
Understand the importance of managing risk and predicting areas of potential concern
Guidance
This model is simple and effective. It is best not to try and confuse the process by over detailing
the feedback and strategic outcomes at this stage. Think of responses firstly in an ideal world
setting and then repeat the process in a more realistic context once the process is understood.
