Personality characteristics a person is born
with.
Different environments may effect
personality types
Two primary types:
Introvert
Extravert
“Introverts focus their attention towards the
inner, mental world rather than external,
physical ‘reality’” (Finnis, 2010)
Usually enjoy sitting quietly while
socializing
Enjoy fewer, deeper
relationships to numerous
casual friendships
Usually very good at drawing, writing
and excels in school work
They strive for perfection and receive
the best grades available
Have a Personality Color of: Blue
Make friends fairly easy
Socially able:
More aware of activity in their
environment than their own thoughts
and feelings
Very outspoken and outgoing
Usually
assume leadership role and
excel at it
Increased
level of dopamine and they
look for stimulating activities
Extroverts are usually the Project Managers and
take the lead
Introverts usually go with the flow and follow the
Project Manager or other leaders
Introverts get the assignment and just get the
project done
Both of these types of personalities work well
together as a team
