Commissioning campaign activity
rationale
The two main phases of the commissioning campaign follow the idea to
proceed in the test advancing in all system aspects (HW, control SW,data
reduction SW) at the same time. So, the first phase milestones is a closed
loop on-sky test with 200 modes and a bright star. This to recognize any
serious problem in any of the components or procedures used.
The second phase will then optimize the system in all aspects and will
contains the final test of the system on sky.

FLAO re-integration & alignment
Total duration: 22 days, daytime 22 days
1. System and sub-system functional test completed (compliance matrix).
2. LBT672, W#2 and IRTC installed at the telescope.
3. FLAO aligned with retro-reflecting optics (including IRTC). (see
FLAO_06, FLAO_09)

FLAO system 1st light
Total duration: 25 days, daytime 20 days, nighttime 5 nights
Task summary: verification of system performance at the telescope
site in daytime. On sky test of source acquisition, pupil geometry
verification, close loop with high flux (engineering mode).
1st corrected images on sky with 200
modes (engineering mode).

Observing modes daytime & on sky
test
Total duration: 37 days, daytime 20 days, nighttime17 nights
Task summary: daytime fine calibration of system. Daytime closed
loop test with verification of system performance in engineering and
observing modes. On-sky test of system performance (both modes).
On sky system performance vs. star mag, r0, v0:
-engineering mode (baseline)
-observing mode (ACE/ICE) (baseline)
- ACE with on sky parameters optimization (goal)
