Intent: • Supplemental materials include the minimum amount of content needed to fully address the Common Core State Standards; and • Costs for districts to purchase and implement the supplements be kept as low as possible 13 Materials: Evaluation Criteria TOM TORLAKSON State Superintendent of Public Instruction 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6.
