• If you want an item that is on loan,
place a hold
• Email sent when hold is ready to collect
• Check your University email!
• Self-service holds collection area on

Checking your loans
• Choose ‘Library account’ from homepage
– Need User ID and PIN number to logon
– User ID is your student number
– PIN number will be emailed to you
• Renew on Self Service points or library web pages
or library catalogue
• Renew 4 week and 1 week loans up to 7 times
• Fines are due if items returned late
