A call arrives at an extension → Highlight the
extension → “Redirect” icon goes to “Active” mode
→ Click the icon →

The Redirect function works direct
call to the extension.
The Redirect function does not
work to ICD-Group calls.

“Active” mode → Click the icon →Secret Busy Override
Highlight an extension (taking call)→ “Busy Override” icon
goes to “Active” mode → Click the icon →Busy Override
Highlight an extension (taking call)→ “Take Over” icon goes
to “Active” mode → Click the icon →We can take over the
call
