Topic and Details:
• At the beginning of the movie, Jean Cabot’s car is
stolen from 2 black men with guns. After her car is
stolen, Cabot finds that she is both angry and
afraid, so she tells her husband that the locksmith
will come back and steal from them. Due to her
fear, she finds herself making a scene in front of
her husband and his co-workers and irrationally
judging the locksmith.

scene in front of her husband and his co-workers
and irrationally judging the locksmith. Cabot has
a similar sense of fear when she falls down the
stairs in her home.
Alone in her home, Cabot has just hung up the
phone when she tumbles down the stairs. At this
point she is unable to find her friends or husband
to take her to the hospital……………….
