Over the years, HRF has proved to be one of the main actors in Iraq responding
to the protracted crisis.
The Foundation provides :

 Rehabilitation & Maintenance of water plants
 Well Digging
 Rehabilitation of Water & Distributions Networks
 Supply of Water by Tankers to remote villages
Thousands of families become displaced in Iraq for various reasons.
Human Relief Foundation has given special attention to the this
issue and its offices in different parts in Iraq were active to
 Establish and manage refugee camps
 Provide IDPs with food and non-food items.
 Provide services to the IDPs including the medical aid, water and
sanitation and education facilities.
It is estimated that there are 4 millions orphans in Iraq and 1 million widows.
Poor families are hardly able to survive. To help the Iraqi poor families HRF has
created the sponsorship programme to
Provide financial support to Orphans, Widows and Poor families.
 Training of unemployed youth orphans on various skills (Hair dressing,
plumbing, repairs for domestic appliances, etc…)
Human Relief Foundation implements seasonal
projects during in Ramadan & Qurbani times.
Food items including Rice, Lentils, Flour, Sugar, Cooking Oil,
Powdered Milk, Meat, etc… usually distributed to needy families in
many countries. Gifts and toys also offered to poor children during
the festive seasons.
